Whether your Sims have to live in death traps, further their careers, or constantly fear the moment when you’ll wall them into a swimming pool and drown them to death, The Sims 4 is a highly stressful game. It’s great news then, that EA is preparing to launch The Sims 4 Spa Day game pack.
This new rest and relaxation themed game pack follows recent DLC, Luxury Party Stuff and Perfect Patio Stuff, and it’s out today. To celebrate its release and explain what sort of chilled out activities it offers, EA has released a Sims 4 Spa Day trailer. Watch it after the break.
The Sims 4 Spa Day Game Pack Out Now
So what will you be able to get up to in The Sims 4 Spa Day? The biggest and perhaps most enticing thing, is that there will be three new places for your Sims to visit. This includes three developer-made spas and there’s also one gym. Additionally, you’ll be able to set up your own gym if one of those developer-made efforts doesn’t float your boat (or settle your zen, in this case).
At these spas there are also a variety of different gameplay features that can take advantage of and let your Sims really find their inner peace. These includes mudbaths, saunas, and steam rooms. Plus, your Sims can take part in a little personal training, or acupuncture, and if they’re feeling really highly strung, they’ll also be able to WooHoo at the spa as well.
Furthermore, The Sims 4 Spa Day introduces a new skill called ‘Wellness’. By doing yoga and meditation, your Sims will be able to improve their Wellness skill which in turns allows them to perform more yoga poses and “superior massages” and there’s also a “special mediation” surprise.
The Sims 4 Spa Day is now available on PC and Mac via Origin. It costs $19.99/€19.99.
