Last month, EA formally lifted the lid on EA Sports UFC 2. The upcoming fighter would not only sport a new and improved character creation system (allowing players to create female fighters) but it would have much better graphics too. Not only that but the UFC’s highest-paid fighter, Ronda Rousey, would also be one of the game’s cover stars.
Not long after the cover announcement, Rousey was beaten by Holly Holm at UFC 193, with some blaming her defeat on the infamous ‘EA cover curse’. But, clearly willing to take the cover curse risk are featherweight fighters Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor who will soon face-off in a pay-per-view match that will determine who will join Rousey on the EA Sports UFC 2 cover.
