Rock Band 4 will be released in just under a month, and it plans to build on the addictive music rhythm gameplay that its predecessors made famous. Players can expect freestyle guitar solos solos, vocal runs and a killer setlist that includes the likes of Paramore, Arctic Monkeys and Fleetwood Mac. But the thing that will really set it apart is its career mode.
It was previously revealed that Rock Band 4‘s career mode would work like an RPG where we wouldn’t just be playing songs but we’d be able to make serious choices about our bands’ futures. Developer (and co-publisher) Harmonix has now shed more like on that, also explaining how Rock Band 4 aims to be more ‘gender expressive’.
