To say that The Sims 4 had a rough start would be an understatement. When the game was launched in September 2013, it was heavily criticised for its lack of content. Notable examples include pools, which weren’t added until a year later (as a free update) and toddlers, which have yet to be added to the game, much to fans’ disappointment.
But despite these widely reported issues with the game, it seems that nothing can put a stop to the longstanding series’ success. It has now been revealed that The Sims 4 sales have hit five million copies. Find out more after the break.
